The operating system for schools
Every step of a student’s journey. One platform.
An admissions CRM, a student-records system, timetables, attendance sheets and the spreadsheets that feed the board. Each tool works on its own. edorma connects the tools a school already uses, fills the gaps with its own modules and gives every role one place to work.

Private betaConcept walkthrough
A three-step walkthrough
Connect what you have
Start from the tools already in place: admissions CRM, student records, timetables. edorma reads them through connectors and shows, for every figure, where it comes from and how fresh it is.
Your tools, read at the source.
Select a step to explore the concept.
edorma · The product vision
Built for schools, not adapted to them.
Connectors first
edorma starts by reading the systems a school already runs, so nothing has to be replaced on day one. Every figure carries its source and its date.
Leadership / Network W41
Intake targets, last week and last year.
A space for every role
Leadership, admissions, the academic office, finance, teachers and students each get a dedicated space with the widgets, data and actions of their job.

Modules that fill the gaps
Online applications, digital attendance sheets, generated documents, AI-assisted grading, apprenticeship contracts and OPCO schedules, campus occupancy: switch on what is missing.
Open to your agents
A public API and an MCP server per tenant expose the same data and permissions as the interface. Your assistants and agents work under the same rules as your team.
The planned scope
From admission to placement, every step covered.
Explore the possibilities by role. Modules are switched on school by school; what a given school gets depends on its cohort, its connectors and the modules activated. The product is in French.

The people
For the people who run a school.
Leaders of multi-campus school networks
Independent schools without a large back office
Admissions, academic and finance teams
One tenant per school. Isolation in the database.
Every school or network is a separate tenant. Isolation is enforced in Postgres with row-level security, not only in the application. AI answers are grounded in the tenant’s own data and cannot invent a figure: the assistant calls the same tools as the API.
The planned foundations
- Tenant isolation enforced by the database
- Roles: group, school, campus and read-only
- AI grounded in your data, every figure sourced
- Public API, MCP server and API keys per tenant
Designed in from the start: guided onboarding, team documentation and agent instructions.
Private beta
Where are we today?
edorma is in private beta with a network of multi-campus schools. Join the waitlist to request an invitation for your school or network. Access opens by cohort; modules are switched on one at a time, and the product is in French.
Can I use edorma today?
edorma is in private beta with pilot schools. Join the waitlist and tell us about your network or school. Access opens by cohort; registration does not grant immediate access. Plans and pricing are published on edorma.com as they are confirmed.
Do we have to leave our current tools?
No. edorma connects first. Replacing a tool with an edorma module is a choice made per domain, with a history import, a period where both run side by side and a switch that can be reversed.
Which tools does edorma connect to?
Today: Oscar CRM for admissions, Ypareo for student records and Hyperplanning for timetables and rooms. Other connectors follow with the beta cohorts, when a school needs them.
Is edorma available in English?
The product and its documentation are in French today. edorma is built first for schools and training organisations in France: Qualiopi, BPF, CPF, apprenticeship and OPCO rules are part of the product.
What slows your school down between its tools?
